Hugh & Cathy Lawrence opened in October 2013 «La Galerie de Nagambie» in the old bank building in High street; it is a private gallery which displays antiques, exquisite collectables, a painting exhibition, unique jewellery and classy craft.

Wilma Lawrence (Hugh’s mum) has always been surrounded by antiques, arts, and collectables.
Hugh’s skills in creating and renovating has brought a unique touch.
Cathy bringing her French Polynesian touch with some unique Tahitian black pearl jewellery.
Hugh and Cathy wanted to enhance La Galerie in offering some friends from Nagambie the opportunity to display their creations.
Superbly located in the old colonial bank built in 1873 and overlooking beautiful Lake Nagambie, la Galerie de Nagambie celebrates the bank’s history of 151 years and has opened a new chapter.

In 2024, la Galerie has been enriched with new additions : stunning antiques, exquisite bronze statues, very large champaign buckets, lamps, mirrors, unique jewellry…. just to die for……
